Heirloom tomatoes, burrata, mint

Fresh tomatoes, burrata, fresh mint, salt, pepper, olive oil. Simplicity at its finest!


Ingredients

  • Heirloom tomatoes
  • Burrata
  • Fresh mint
  • Olive oil
  • Flaky salt, such as Maldon (Kosher salt will do nicely if you don't have Maldon)
  • Freshly cracked pepper

 
 

The Step-by-Step

  1. Slice tomatoes and arrange on a platter.
  2. Coarsly chop mint and scatter it over the tomatoes.
  3. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt & pepper.
  4. Place buratta in the middle of the platter.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the whole platter.
  6. Serve with bread, a small arugula side salad, or by itself.
  7. Enjoy!
